About the Role :

Designation: Finance Head

Reports to: Head - Operations

Location: Pune, MH

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives

- Establish internal systems and processes required to manage and grow the business

- Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements identifying monetary resources developing action plans

- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results initiating corrective actions minimizing the impact of variances

- Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy

- Day -to -day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial -related activity

- Accountable for the financial, Tax and risk management operations

- Improve internal control environment by driving statutory, tax and internal audits

- Ensuring adequate fund availability for day to day operations. Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data recommending plans. finance & accounts, Tax, Forex, risk management operations

- Maintain complete and accurate record of hospital assets, liabilities and financial transactions and Labour saving features

- Oversee the purchase function to handle all purchases related to hospital

Requirements :

- PG Preferably CA/ICWA with at-least 6-8 years- experience in Finance and Accounting

- Should have worked 3+ years in healthcare/hospitals
