Qualification : Chartered Accountant ( 2001,02,03 Batch) with PQE of 8-9 Yrs

CTC is : 28 LPA

Must be good in communications skills.

This is a start up backed by PROMOTERs of a leading TELECOM Giant .

Job Description :

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective financial and accounting recording, reporting and control mechanisms to ensure the Operational JV meet all group and legal requirements.

Role description:

- Finance & Accountings

- Account Payable & AR

- Vendor Management

- International Accounting.

- Advise CEO/ Leadership team on finance-related business-issues and analyze operating results versus approved plans and objectives

- Manage by identifying risks, developing and implementing control procedures

- Prepares accurate quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Ensures efficient working capital management

- Ensure that the execution of legal and fiscal activities is in compliance with International guidelines and local legislation.

- Work closely with other members of the management team to align on the business requirements and go to market strategies

- Strong budget and analytical skills, including proven ability to project/process manage

- Experience working at QSR/ hospitality industry is a plus

- Working knowledge of applicable taxes (both direct and indirect taxes)

- Ability to negotiate with bankers etc for working capital requirement etc

- Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, multiple priorities, and demanding customers, in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment

- High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality
