Head - Finance - Food Manufacturing

We are currently retained by a global MNC, looking to hire a Head of Finance.

As a Finance Leader, you will be responsible for the company's long-term financial health and growth and your strategic planning and exceptional numerical proficiency will aid the organization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulating sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support organizational strategy. You will also be leading the tax audits and compliances.

Please note: The role needs someone with prior experience of working in a global matrix organizational structure and a Strong experience with manufacturing business is a must have.

The responsibilities include:

- Strategic planning and providing the financial grounding.

- Managing financial transactions, overseeing, and preparing income statements and preparing financial reports.

- Analysing financial data and monitoring internal controls.

- Overall responsibility for Financial & Accounts Management and instituting financial discipline in the organization's operations.

- Developing plans for financial growth.

- Providing business finance support to the team.

- Strong stakeholder management from a finance perspective.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- CA/MBA-Finance degree with 10+ years in leading financial roles along with a strong team management experience.

- Expertise in financial analytics, strong budgeting and reporting skills.

- Prior experience of implementing ERP Systems.

- Well versed with Indian taxation, FEMA, GST, and transfer pricing laws.

- Experience in global matrix organizational structure.

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Willing to travel for work in and outside India.

- Fluency in Spanish will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.
