Head Finance

We have requirement for Head Finance for a company at Gurgaon. Preference to local candidates

Qualified CA with more than 20 years experience mandatory

Responsibilities :

Direct and oversee the financial activities of the corporation, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth manage the financial risks, keeping a track of the expenditures, structuring long term financial planning, handling both the taxation, Companies law and contracts, and investment issues, Procurement Strategy and Legal compliance.

Duties/Responsibilities :

- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.

- Analyzes financial statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors concerning financial performance.

- Annually creates a capital plan that aligns with overall business plans and strategies, and reviews the capital plan with Top Management and the Board of Director.

- Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.

- Reviews the planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.

- Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.

- Works with the CMD and Board Members to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.

- Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.

- Work with the Procurement Head and develop a balanced procurement performance scorecard.

- Responsible for leading new investment initiatives, such as deciding on whether to proceed with new acquisitions or capital expenditures (CapEx).

- Establish governance on legal matters , oversee the Contracts and Legal Risks. Collaborate with all the stakeholders and communicate areas of risk and value and take strategic business decisions.
