Finance Head-Nigeria-FMCG/Beverages

Requirement:

- CA preferred .

- 15+ years of experience ideally in Beverage/FMCG

Duty and Responsibility:

1. Organize and lead the business center's financial management, cost management, budget management, accounting, accounting supervision, audit supervision, inventory control, treasury management etc., to strengthen the business center's economic management and improve economic benefits.

2. Align with the Business center's Mission, Vision & Core values very well , and practice in all aspects of the Business. Ensure the right understanding Business Objectives set by Board of Directors for Business Center

3. Responsible for reviewing and signing business center budgets, financial revenue and expenditure plans, cost and expense plans, credit plans, financial reports, financial statements, and signing major business plans, economic contracts, and economic agreements related to financial revenue and expenditure.

4. Lead the functional reports / team with enthusiasm, mutual respect and by examples.

5. Prepare Annual / Midyear Business Budget for the business center with all Business Units and BC Functions and submit to the Board of the Director for approval as per schedule. These budget should ensure the set objectives for Revenue, Sales Volume and Profit growth.

6. Manage the monthly, half-yearly & yearly consolidated Profit and Loss account of the company in the direction of achieving the budget, together with individual Profit and Loss account of different Business units though DGMs/BU Head.

7. Build cohesiveness within team and generate Business Growth ideas on sustainable basis.

8. Direct & control the Finance Function to fulfill their short-term and long-term targets.

9. Develop high Quality SOPs with team for improving and sustaining efficient operation in major area of the Finance Function.

10. Oversee the Financial performance of the company together for Asset management, cash Flow, banking relations,SAP management, risk management, audits & investments.
