Head - Finance - FMCG

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of the Consumer Services Division of a leading FMCG/Beverages Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the division, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the division's objectives and growth targets

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the division, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance

- Manage financial reporting and analysis, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, P&L Management, taxation and treasury.

- Ensure internal controls and audit requirements

- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and career development

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial initiatives and support cross-functional projects

- Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential impacts

Qualifications:

- Any degree plus CA

- 15-18 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and mentoring finance professionals

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
