Head - Finance - FinTech

Role:

a. Responsible for the company's overall finance operations, Planning, Analysis, reporting, accounting, Fund raising and compliance. [i.e. Finance Controllership, Accounting Budgeting, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Audits, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Reconciliation, Fund Management, Risk Management, Internal controls and Regulatory compliances]

b. Build a scalable team and ensure adequate internal controls and financial discipline in accounting operations.

c. Manages the fund raising and investor relations

d. Implement appropriate accounting policies, practices and procedures across all lines of business while ensuring adherence to statutory and accounting principles

e. Responsible for building and maintaining the accounting and financial systems.

f. Drive automation efforts across all sub verticals within finance

g. Liaise with external/internal Auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of audits.

Skill:

a. Conversant with IND-AS, banking / NBFC regulations, Companies Act, Direct and Indirect Taxation

b. Excellent analytical skills and self-driven leader

c. Ability to manage teams and effective stakeholder management.

Persona:

a. Post graduate in Finance with good post qualification experience

b. Experience in building and scaling finance teams

c. Experience of working in a fast growing Fintech / E commerce environment
