Hiring for Fintech Company

Experience: 10-12 years with Fintechs/NBFCs/Banks. Sound understanding of B2B lending products. Understanding of digital lending will be a plus.

Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the CEO in decision making through robust financial analysis.

2. Supports with planning and forecasting using cash flows and P&L analysis for ongoing projects, activities and new initiatives

3. Coordinate with sales, operations, collections, and other teams to draw up periodic operating plans.

4. Periodic monitoring and reporting of financial plans

5. Support with legal compliances

6. Formulate financial policies to help build financial discipline and controls.
