Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.

- Retaining constant awareness of the company's financial position and acting to prevent problems.

- Setting up and overseeing the company's finance IT system/ compliances.

Strategy and Leadership :

- Proven experience in business finance.

- Will work closely with the top tier management team dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and selling world-class products.

KRAs:

- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets both offline.

- Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems.

- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system.

- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)

- Oversee all audit and internal control operations.

- Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors.

- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.

- Prepare and manage the company's budget, including forecasting revenues and expenses.

- Oversee financial planning and analysis, including conducting financial modeling, variance analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.

- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

People Development:

- Build and motivate a high-performance team. Value and demonstrate collaboration, initiative, and speed.

Critical Competencies for Success:

- Proven experience as director of finance or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices

- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)

- An analytical mind with a strategic ability

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Person Profile & Education Qualification

1. Candidate should have an overall experience of 12-15 years. Mostly in the FMCG space.

2. CA; MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a plus.

3. Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions.
