Finance Head for a 30MSqFt. Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services - Global Role

- Should have a strong finance background + Corporate Real Estate - (PAN India)

- The objective of this role is to manage cost portfolio and to help drive large transformational initiatives for a global organization. Financial planning and analysis. Create business case for opex & capex spends

- Cost control and support for large cost saving initiatives. BI report of key functional KPI's.

- Create information and then insight from data through intelligent dashboards, Analytics both descriptive and diagnostic. Standardize process across globe including outsourcing model from T&M to managed outcome model

- Vendor & stakeholder management

- Compliance, Contract & risk management

- 15+ years preferably with finance background or experience

- Certification/experience in business intelligence, analytics, six sigma, lean etc would be an added advantage

- Should be capable of working in a global environment

- Should have lead large transformational projects involving multiple functions and stakeholders

- This is not an individual contributor role and hence experience in handling multiple direct reportees is preferred.
