1. Driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

2. Driving process improvement / change management projects for global finance center.

3. Supporting the Global Head in building the strategy

4. Collaborate and Influence major stakeholders to drive utilization of resources effectively for growth.

5. Manage Challenges effectively for smooth operation of the center.

Requirements :

- Qualified CA with 15 plus years of experience into corporate finance.

- Stakeholder Management skills.

- Global exposure.

- Business Strategy and Corporate Strategy experience.

- Extensive knowledge of banking and financial services industry.
