Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Head - Finance Controller for a Pharma company in Animal Health space. Purpose of the Role: - Establish and update best in class financial processes and controls and ICF framework - Ensure effective implementation across Global entities to assure Leadership team of good governance & controls is inbuild in business processes - Improve system controls and drive automation - Leading the Audits - both Internal and Statutory - Leading Board Meeting Preparations and ensuring all Listing Compliances along with Legal Team on time - Suggesting on Strategic Decision making to protect business interests - Supporting Group CFO's office as per projects assigned Responsibilities: - Defining standard business processes by reviewing and updating SOPs and IFC's periodically. - Define effective SOPs for any new business process - Monitoring and reviewing Delegation of Authority Matrix. Identify gap areas and implement processes changes wherever required - Review sample documentation and report any deviation from SOPs. Identify gaps in documentation and implement changes to adhere to SOPs - Ensure IFC related controls are in place and report any deviation - Ensuring effective implementation of SOP's & IFC in all Global entities - Overlook entire Internal Audit and Statutory Audit process
