Head - Finance Controller - CA

Head Of Finance Controller- Mumbai - Salary = upto 50 LPA

1. Build, lead and mentor a Team of A players. To have 85% of A players by March 31, 2023.

2. Introduce & implement best practices that accelerate growth, profitability, and great teamwork -

a. Review, refine and improve the company's processes & systems (for all group companies).

By December 31.

b. Prepare a budget & forecast for the group (companies) by December 31 and monitor and analyze it every quarter (against the actual numbers).

c. Accounts receivable & Accounts payable - Reduce and increase this respectively by at least 15 days by March 31. CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle) to be reduced by 15 days as well. Financial and cash flow statements -to be delivered within 10 days of the month end & statutory returns be filed in time. Conduct internal audit every 6 months.

3. SAP -to ensure this is effectively being used by everyone by December 31 and to lead and resolve any implementation issues. And to leverage SAP to generate consolidated group company accounts as per GAAP, analyze better the data (MIS and planning), including better tracking of KPI's.
