Head - Finance - Consumer Durable/Electronics

Key duties & responsibilities :

- Supervision of all AP related activity, all banking related activity, all accounting data recorded in to SAP.

- Supervision of all GST, TDS & TCS related activity covering the data preparation, compilation, Tax deposition and their return filing with the Government Agency.

- Supervision of all Import Tax related activity.

- Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and SOX Audit Tax Audit , GST Audit.

- Transfer Pricing, Income Tax Computation, Ministry of corporate Affair work.

- Company Annual Data filing with the MCA/ ROC.

- Preparation of Physical verification Report of ;- Finished Goods, Spare Parts, Assets and Scrap.

- Reviewing the company Annual Budget covering the Revenue and expenses.

- Reviewing Accounting documents.

- Financial Team KPI formulation, Monthly rewards and punishments.

- Reviewing the cost file and provide cost reduction proposal to the Management.

- Supervision of month closure activity & MIS.

What are we looking for :

- At least 15 + years Finance management experience, familiar with Finance operation process, multinational Finance management experience is preferred. Strong planning and analytical skills.

- Familiar with all Indian and International accounting principles and also expert knowledge of Indian Tax Compliance, Ministry of Corporate Affairs work, Various nature of Audit, Income Tax Compliance, GST Compliance, Imports/ Exports Knowledge, Custom Tax Knowledge, FEMA Knowledge, EPF, ESI, Labour Laws, IFRS etc.

- Self Driven and Team player who will take care of entire Finance Operation in India and also take care of all kinds of Indian Tax Regulations.

- Structured way of working.

- Self-motivated, self-driven with a problem solving attitude.

- Team handling ability (direct reports: 6-8)
