The incumbent should have 14+ years of experience in :  - Managing the entire gamut of Finance & Accounts for India.  - Setting up the Financial policies & processes for India.  - Budgeting, Financial Planning & Forecasting  - Risk Management & Internal Audit   - Taxation - Direct Tax /TDS/ VAT/CST/ Entry Tax/ Excise /Service Tax/Custom/GST   - Fund Management & Banking   - Secretarial & Legal Compliances  Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary.  Candidate must have experience in Indian as well as USGAAP.  Candidate must have experience in Manufacturing sector.  Candidate with a start- up experience would be an added advantage  This position will be based out of Bangalore and would have Global reporting.
