The skin care solutions provides luxury beauty and aesthetics services through its clinics in Delhi, Gurgaon and Kolkata and would be expanding nationally and internationally in the near future.

Job Description:

Finance and Accounts

- Accounting

- Internal Controls

- Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet

- Working Capital and Balance sheet control and review

- All Compliances

- Monthly MIS of entire company for all functions

- Inventory management

- AOP Creation and deviation analysis

- Assistance in Fund Raising

Commercial / Business Development

- Assistance in Deal making across businesses

- Attending Various Conferences

- Activating various leads and discussion threads

- Play active role in projects / products and developments

Legal

- Corporate law matters

- Managing litigations

- All other legal issues

- Franchisee management to ensure compliances through regular interaction

- Business development negotiations and agreements

IT/CRM/Management

- IT - Software/hardware across locations

- Ensuring proper backups (Data/Hardware/Software) and disaster management plans

- Development, deployment and maintenance of the ERP/CRM/LMS/HRMS (run it as a profit centre)

HR Management:

- Regular HR management - payroll, compliances, hiring, retention etc.

- Performance Management

KRA creation and communication

Monthly / Quarterly feedback on performance

Annual appraisals

Incentive Management

Compensation and Benefit Management

Managing employee productivity
