I represent Quest Consultants (www.questconsultants.in), founded in Kolkata in 1982 by IIT, IIM graduates. With a lineage of over 30 years, the company operates out of Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Ahmedabad.

Our client is one of the largest Business Houses of India and is a highly respected Indian Conglomerate. They have entrusted us with the selection of the Vice President - Finance & Commercial for one of their very large Units based in Central India.

Some of the key responsibilities shall be:

1. Monitor the financial performance and develop profit improvement plans of several large divisions.

2. Ensure efficient working of departments like Supply Chain Management, Sales and Commercial, and Service functions.

3. Guide and participate in preparation of business plans and evaluate capital expenditure proposals. Also ensure their consistency with long term strategic plans.

4. Ensure effective Treasury Management.

5. Ensure continuous improvements in Finance, Accounts and Commercial matters.
