Position: HEAD Finance

Location - Noida / Delhi NCR

Job Brief:

Financial Controller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. They will oversee the planning, implementation and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance.

Main Responsibilities of a Finance Director:

In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to the finance & accounting
team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the accounting and finance function

- Supporting senior stakeholders on all business reviews

- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process

- Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making

- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities

- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal control

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).

- Prior experience of 7+ years overall combined accounting and finance and risk management

- Team played with excellent analytical skills.

- Experience in NBFC, HFC, MFI or Fintech will be an added Advantage
