Head - Finance - CA - Startup

Head of Finance for a 3.5 year old 30+ employee Saas based mobile-first app for sales reps that helps improve their productivity. The tool integrates with the company's existing lead generation sources to score leads, assigns them to reps based on a rep's availability and workload, detects what activity the rep has taken on the lead and then coaches reps on activities to improve performance.

This position will report to a CFO (as and when hired)

Ideal candidate would be:

a. CA with 6-7 years post qual. experience

b. Article-ship preferably with big 5

c. Saas Tech experience preferable with hands-on approach

d. Fund raise (incl. debt) exposure preferable

e. Technically sound across various areas of finance including taxation and Cos. Act compliance

f. Bright and energetic to build an organization with global footprint

g. Employee stock options for deserving candidates"
