Head - Finance - CA - Mfg

CA With excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal, Profiles form Manufacturing, Engineering, heavy Industries or EPC sectors will be preferred:

Responsibilities :

- Preparation of Reports

- Preparation of budgets, forecasting

- Conducting project reviews

- Managing both Finance and Accounts including taxation, legal and secretarial compliances

- Conducting Financial Analysis of the Reports and taking corrective action along with senior members of the Organisation.

- Experience of working in organisations having turnkey projects.

- Experience of dealing with projects and controlling them after reviews

- Should take care of Internal Control of the Organisation

- Experience of dealing with Treasury and taxation (both direct and Indirect).

- Managing Accounts receivables and also Payroll Management

- Ability to Manage the Audits.

- Ability to lead a team of people and mentor them

- Assist Management in presenting the reports with multiple stakeholders and senior level personnel or board members

- Well versed with Policies of F&A

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Well versed with IFRS

- Knowledge of local language is a must

-Ability to work in SAP based environment

- Experience of working with global partners is a big plus.
