Head - Finance - CA - Manufacturing Firm

Company Profile : Our client is a large, leading Indian Manufacturing organisation - Leaders in their field. Their products have a variety of end users in India and abroad. Their current turnover exceeds Rs.1000 crores and they have drawn up ambitious expansion & growth plans. Our clients are looking for a Head-Finance to be based at Indore and reporting to the CEO. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.

The position is expected to be closed by end-May

Head-Finance :

- Will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results

- We are looking for CAs aged 43-52 with 20 - 28 years experience of heading & handling the entire Finance & Accounts functions of a medium size manufacturing unit and having experience in:

- Fund Raising, Loan Syndication, Corporate Restructuring, Due diligence, Merger, Compliance Management including Credit Rating agency etc.

- Managing & arranging Working Capital Fund based & Non-Fund based, Term Loan etc. and compliance accordingly.

- Representing to various Banks, Financial institutes and statutory financial Regulators authorities. Negotiations & liasioning with Banks, FI, & FII etc.

- Treasury management, Foreign Exchange transactions &Hedging i.e. covering of Exports, Imports, & Loan in Foreign Currency.

- Cash Flow Management, L/C, B.G. Discounting etc.

- Managing Financial forecast of the company & provide true and fair view of financial position of the company by preparing financial statements. Effectively handle the consortium meetings.

- Assisting lawyers in Legal matters related to company's financial matters.

- Supervising various reports & returns to Banks like CMA, Financial projections etc. at time to time.
