Head - Finance - CA - Manufacturing

- Assist the MD/ED in developing, for the Board's approval, a strategic direction and positioning to ensure the Corporation's success; develop and recommend to the Board an annual operating plan and financial budget that support the Corporation's long-term strategy

- Oversee and monitor the Corporation's financial position, banking and financing activities and capital structure and monitor the respect of banking and financial covenants and hedging arrangements, as applicable;

- Synchronization of Cash flow spread across divisions: Channelizing as per Budgets; Efficient Cash flow management (linked to Business Plan)

- Implementation of Budgets, Costing, Profit improvement mechanism with the monitoring system

- To play an active role in all commercial aspect of the company

- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and take steps to enhance, where necessary, the internal control systems within the Corporation;

- To develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the Corporation and ensure proper training of all personnel working on financial, accounting, audit or fiscal matters;

- Oversee and monitor effective tax strategies, compliance, information technology, leaseholds and procurement for the Corporation;

- Creating and maintaining internal operating practices which uphold the governance within

- The group reporting function and internal control environment, based on best practice

- Prepare the financial reports with financial and cost analysis comparing with Budget and KPIs.

- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of different departments & sections

- Oversee the mandate and the work of the internal auditor of the Corporation

- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required

- Provide financial discipline and business decision support to evaluate long term and short term strategic business opportunities.

- Responsible for oversight of financial internal controls and coordination of all financial audits.

Desired Profile

- Certified Chartered Accountant with an overall experience of Min 18 Yrs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Especially the ability to work cross-departments to achieve results

- Business acumen & Functional excellence

- Communicates technical information and/or complex information in an easy to understand manner.

- Strong analytical ability - analyze data, develop insights etc

- Have the ability to think big, delivering innovative strategic solutions

- Well versed with Procedure and Compliance of SEBI, ROC Compliance

- Should have experience in Manufacturing Industry.

- Should have experience of working on SAP HANA
