Head - Finance - CA - Manufacturing

Background of the client : 

Its a leading 100% EOU Manufacturing Company with a turnover of more than INR 200 Crores. having sales turnover of around USD 300 Mn. with operations in 3 continents).

Position : Head Finance Reporting to Global CFO

Job role : 

The incumbent will be responsible for overall Finance operations of the Company (Manufacturing unit and Corporate office located at Sri City, Tada, Near Chennai). IFRS compliance for Global Consolidation requirement.

- Handling ECB compliance for funding requirement of the project including expansion

- Working capital Loans with banks includes WCDL and Packing Credit Loans in Foreign Currency etc

- Statutory compliance Reports including secretarial function

- EOU regulatory compliances

- Liaison with Bankers, Auditors (Big 4) and Tax authorities.

- Business Planning and Forecast, Internal Controls, SOPs etc

Qualification : CA Mandatory with hands of experience in STPI/EXPORTs /Taxation/ Budgeting will be preferred.
