Job Description - The role is a Head Finance role based out in Goa handling the entire gamut of finance and handling a team of 35-40 people.

Our client has a significant presence in agriculture, engineering & infrastructure, real estate, consumer durables and services with a group turnover of around 3 billion $.

Description

- The key responsibility would be taking care of entire Finance & Accounts, Treasury, and Direct Tax & Indirect Tax.

- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports

- Work closely with business while managing a team of 35-40 finance professionals.

- Drive various initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.

Profile

An ideal candidate:

- CA with 15-20 years of post qualification experience.

- Strong in Accounting

- Having good experience in the manufacturing sector

- Having worked at a listed company

- Having good interpersonal skills
