About our Client - Our client is one of the pioneers in the space of manufacturing High Security Registration Plates for automotive vehicles. They were incorporated in 2001 through a JV with a German market leader. They work closely with the government on various tenders in the field of technology.They currently cater to 11 states in India with projects ranging from 5-15 years. They are looking forward to propel to new heights via increased business and diversification.

Job Description: While reporting to the Board of Directors your responsibilities would be to:

- Manage inventory and keep a track of the stock positions, daily cash transactions and reconciliations on a daily basis

- Create monthly MIS and reporting based on IGAAP

- Overlook fund positions of the organization and manage cash flows

- Raise funds and maintain banking relations while maintaining banking limits

- Overlooking statutory compliance with regard to accounting and taxation

- Handle all matters of taxation: direct and indirect

- Build the internal audit team

- Manage financial processes and teams present across various states in India and ensure they comply with the organizations policies

- Co-ordinate efficiently with the operations, HR and IT teams

- Run a monthly check on the other diversified businesses

- Act as a strategic advisor to the board of directors in finance matters

- Handle a team of 20-25 individuals

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a Chartered Accountant with at least 12+ years post qualification experience. The individual has hands-on experience in MIS, accounting, preparation of balance sheet and P&L, IGAAP, cash management and taxation. You have experience of setting up processes and systems.

- You are ready to travel extensively across India. You are an individual with a sense of ownership and dedication towards your profile and the organization. You should be a well presented individual.
