Accountabilities Responsibilities :

- Corporate Governance Responsible for ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance norms, CSA, Statutory compliance & internal compliance management System

- Systems improvement Responsible for ensuring adequacy of internal check and controls.

- Responsible for carrying out improvement in systems & processes.

Internal Audits :

- Responsible for smooth conduct of internal audits and implementation of audit recommendations

- Benefits & incentives Responsible for optimum utilization of all eligible benefits & incentives

- Cost reduction As head of cost reduction CFT, responsible for reduction of costs in a systematic manner

Working capital management As head of working capital management CFT, responsible for systematic reduction in WC, NPA's etc.

- Management Accounting Build a Robust Management Information System for providing timely and accurate information along with financial interpretation to the BLT for analyzing business performance.

- Provide insights into business profitability by presenting analysis of cost/ contribution data

- Oracle Superuser

- Oracle Superuser for Financial modules.

- Accountable for ensuring adequate training of resource working on various modules in F&A function.
