About our Client: Our client is a European MNC with operations in more than 90 countries. They are the market leaders in their space and have more than 20000 employees worldwide. They have a very established presence in India and are looking for a dynamic individual to handle their Global Business Services Unit in India.

Job Description: As the Head Finance will report in to the Global head for Business Services and be responsible to:

- Understand and lead the efficient functioning of a cost center

- Yearly planning processes, controlling of costs for and actual performance measurement

- Work closely with the Head quarters and other regional teams/internal client

- Review monthly results, provide high quality management reports to all supported functions and ensure proper ownership of budgets

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with 8+ years of work experience in all areas of Finance.

- You have headed the finance function of a cost center, preferably a shared service setup of a large MNC.

- You are detailed oriented & have excellent communication skills.

- You have a proven track record of successfully taking up new initiatives in an independent, hands-on manner.
