Head-hunting for for FINANCE HEAD (CA) with 12-15 years of relevant work experience in FMCG.

Job Profile:

Candidate needs to have working knowledge of Balance sheet.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Audit standards and procedures.

- Risk evaluation, controls for Dealers Distributors & Vendors.

a) Preparation of Income Tax Returns, Service Tax Returns, TDS Returns and Excise Return,

b) VAT Audit including compliance with the various provisions of Value Added Tax Act, VAT credit and VAT payment verification on behalf of Sales Tax Department.

c) Preparation of CMA Report, Project Finance, Cash Credit Limit, Compliances Finalization of accounts:

- Statutory Audit. - P&L, Costing, Gross Margin analysis, Factory Costing, Commercial, Financial Operation, Raw Material and Finished Goods Movement.

- Cost savings & productivity projects.

- Budgeting, MIS Reporting, warehousing and C&F Management, Procurement.

- Practical experience in e-filling of return.

- Accountancy. - Return preparation.

- Preparing all Financial SOP’s for the organization.

Knowledge of:

- MS-Office - Tally & SAP

- Excellent oral & written Business Communication skills in English (reading, writing, verbal and listening).

- Ability to establish credibility with business partners.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
