Position: Head Of Finance

Location: Mumbai

Requirement:

Should be CA (Cleared max by 2nd attempt compulsory)

Should have experience in FMCG or Pharma company compulsory

Job Description:

- Ensure high standard of bookkeeping (TALLY)

- Ensure timely reporting of financials

- Ensure financial and statutory compliance with direct and indirect taxes

- Complete internal/statutory/tax audits to the satisfaction of the auditors

- Provide support to decision making to related financial activities

- Provide daily/weekly/monthly information and analyze the same as required by the business to meet its financial goal and increase financial objectives

- P&L, Monthly balance sheet

- All expenses, 3P manufacturing Reco. & accounting on a monthly basis

- Manage tax issues effectively, provide guidance for effective compliances and provide requisite support to the tax consultants by providing factual information related to litigation

- Lead corporate control team and guide sales and manufacturing team in financial reporting

- Identify revenue, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA

- Initiating and implementing the financial strategies of the Organisation

- To provide financial reports and budgets to achieve the goals of the Organisation

- Responsible for the Organisation financial, accounting and credit functions

- To ensure timely disbursal /receipts of payments to creditors /Debtors.

- To monitor the performance matrices and take corrective and preventive actions as per quality standards defined
