Accounting : - Adherence to the prevailing accounting standards - Make regular amendments in the accounting system in accordance with updates - Ensuring quality of the accounting entries - Finalization of accounts - Accounts consolidation - Internal Audit - External Audit - Progressive and proactive tax planning (Direct and Indirect) 2. Finance : - Budgeting and Forecasting - Business performance monitoring - Cash flow management - Bank relationships - Fund raising for short and long term - Legal and Statutory compliance - Commercial contracts negotiating 3. MIS and Reporting : - Preparing and updating the Investor deck - Monthly and Quarterly MIS to businesses - Fund raising documentation - Reporting as per format Candidate Profile : - Chartered Accountant with 9+ years of experience - Deep understanding of accounting standards and statutory reporting. - Excellent knowledge and practical understanding of Indian GAAP - Strong interpersonal skills. - High intellect and intuitiveness to be able to quickly assess situations and act decisively and effectively - Strong analytical skills
