Job description -

- Finalization of Accounts

- Annual Budgeting & MIS reporting

- Debtors & Cash management

- Liasioning with Bankers & Auditors

- Developing internal control procedures and Co-ordinating implementation of Internal Audits.

- Handling issues/litigations related with Indirect & Direct taxation

- Filling of Statutory returns to respective authorities

- Dynamics and SAP (Indian version) implementation.
