Finance Head || 16+ PQE || CA & CS (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
- Financial Planning: Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements, including taxation, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
- Audit Management: Coordinate and oversee external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective controls and risk management strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a finance team, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Investment Management: Optimize cash flow and oversee investment decisions to maximize returns while managing risk.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Participate in due diligence processes and support the financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:- Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) qualifications are mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and taxation laws.
