Head - Finance - CA/CPA

Looking out profiles with one of the well known and leading organization candidates must have good experience.

Key Responsibility :

- This role will be responsible for developing appropriate finance solutions and credit management for the Distribution business.

- Create lines of credit for the Distribution businesses .

- Assess the credit worthiness of customers/institutions in geographies.

- Establishing credit limits customer wise/segment wise.

- Financial structuring including appropriate financial models and tools for the purpose of raising funds from overseas and domestic financial institutions.

- Building relationships with major corporates, Banks, Equity Funds across the African continent.

- Ensure the creation of brand value for the company and adequate visibility of the company in the market.

- Developing long term business strategy & plans for the company and their alignment with short term goals.

- Oversee the business operations to ensure that budgets are met.

- Ensure compliances with all local laws.

Desired Profile :

- Hands on experience in senior management / leadership levels of Finance and Management.

- Experience / exposure in Retail Finance would be preferred

- Proven expertise in formulating business and financial strategies for diverse and global businesses.

- Track record of developing financial products, controlling credit and middle to senior management in a financial services company.

Educational Qualification :

- Chartered Accountant/ CPA or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Financial

- Experience : 9-17 Years
