Job description :

Head of Finance is responsible for the company's financial and fiscal management aspects, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and Budgeting efforts. S/he will be a part of the senior management team working closely with the Management Members charting the company's future.

Excellent experience in :

Business Plan projections and budgeting :

- Play a key role in the business decisions by understanding the business relevant metrics and carrying out financial analysis.

- Ability to take a contrarian view to the management and ensure that the right fiscal decisions are taken.

- Budgeting top down and bottom up and stretch wherever there is opportunity. Publish monthly P&L statements and Cash flow management

Financial reporting & statutory compliance :

- Provide daily/weekly/monthly/fortnightly financial and management information reports including budget Vs actual. 2.Responsible for accounting and financial systems, 100% statutory compliance and timely, adequate controls and accurate book keeping Taxation and audits:

- Develop appropriate processes to reduce tax burden.

- Monitor compliance with statutory authorities for taxation.

- Liaise with external Auditors to ensure timely and smooth closure of financials. Smoothly complete statutory and internal audits.

- Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking and self-driven leader

- A Masters Degree in Finance(MBA from Premier Institutions), Professional Finance Qualification (CA/ ACCA or equivalent) is essential.

- The leader is expected be a team player with experience in managing people and projects, a self-starter with a pro-active attitude
