We have been retained by an Indian business house dealing with building & construction material.
The key Responsibilities of the position :
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
- Ensure that the organization's financial system are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
- Creation of annual budget
- Handle all payables and receivables
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly, bienniel and annual basis
- Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review organization's performance
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
- Develop and implement best practice financial accounting and control procedure
Key Knowledge/ Skills required for the role:
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Should be a team player
