Responsibility-

Principal Accountability :

Responsible for a spectrum of activities are including but not limited to finance, accounting, tax planning, treasury, corporate secretarial, management reporting and administration.

Ensure the taxation and compliance regulations followed as below:-

- Compliance with all the Direct and Indirect Taxation matters like I.Tax, TDS, VAT, Service Tax etc.

- Ensuring Correct and Timely filing of TDS, I.Tax, Sales tax and Service Tax returns.

- Responsible for I. Tax, Sales Tax and Service Tax Assessments.

- Compliance with laws and procedural requirements in respect of Corporate Laws, as per RBI Guidelines.

- Compliance with laws in respect of Financial Accounting as per Indian GAAP.

- Preparation and Filing of Various returns under Corporate Laws, Compliance with Secretarial matters.

- Vetting of Legal Agreements and Lionizing with Legal Consultants for various Legal matters.

Accounts and Finance:

- Financial Accounting.

- Preparation & Finalization of Financial Statements in accordance with Corporate Laws and Indian GAAP.

- Preparation of MIS Reports.

- Ensuring adherence to internal controls & procedures.

- Managing Payable s and Receivables.

- Ensuring timely completeness of Financial Records.

- Responsible for Statutory Audit and Tax Audit

- Fund Management.

- Process Improvements.

- Budgeting/Variance Analysis

- Preparation of Projections for Various purposes including Funds raising, Private Equity, etc.

Financial planning and analysis including preparation and review of annual business plans

Coordinating with government agencies for smooth running of operations

Responsible for credit assessment and credit control.

Reviewing Statutory Books of Accounts & Annual Financial Reports

Study, analyze and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company Growth

Build good documentation and reporting practices within the organisation.
