Head - Finance - CA - Agriculture Company

Education: CA is a must

Experience: 10+ years, experience in an agriculture company is a must.

Role involves:

Job Responsibilities:

- Banking, Treasury and forex management

- To manage complete set of company's accounts

- Budgeting and performance analysis of company's actual v/s budgeted operation

- MIS reporting to management

- Cost management

- Insurance of company's assets and manpower

- To manage company's import activities

- Liaising with auditor, tax consultant and company secretary

- Reporting & liaising with tax authorities and various statutory & Govt. agencies

- Able to successfully manage audit, taxation & secretarial matter of the company

- Establishing & managing the company's financial performance by structuring systems with adequate controls and checks at strategic positions

Temperament :

- Willing to work hands-on

- Comfortable with ambiguity

- Willing to work long hours tirelessly

- Strong conviction and assertive

- Willing to do original work, from scratch

- Excellent man-management skills

- Track record of having created systems, controls and having implemented them

- Long term player
