Education&nbsp; - You must have graduated from any of the top B-school or should be a CA with decent experience Pre-requisites of the Job :&nbsp; - Available 24x7 for all urgent matters - Facilitate quick turnaround on various matters - Respond quickly on Emails, WhatsApp, Mobile. - Entrepreneurial instincts to contribute to product development Job Location:&nbsp; T-Hub, Gachibowli, Hyderabad Responsibilities:&nbsp; - Managing P&amp;L - Ensure statutory compliances in income tax, VAT, works contract tax, service tax, excise matters, and individual taxes - Complying accounting systems &amp; procedures; supervising the timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of the same as per IND-AS - Coordinating with statutory auditors; evaluating internal control systems/procedures to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations - Preparation of budgets and variance analysis thereof - Preparation of quarterly &amp; annual accounts as per IND AS - Payroll management - Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely payments and filing of tax returns in compliance with statutory tax acts - Liaising with government departments, regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations - Owning cash flow (present and forecast), working capital management - Monthly/Weekly Business Reporting and MIS in a timely manner for financial and business performance - Liaise with statutory auditors - for half-yearly audits, tax regulators, accounting regulators and regulatory bodies and provide information to auditors, shareholders, and other stakeholders on a timely basis - Placing controls and process to ensure the completeness of book closure activities - Manage the business within the approved Budget - Best utilization of shareholder's fund - Ensure that Bank and Cash balances are correct and there are no erroneous transactions - Ensure that the company is in compliance with local tax laws - Ensure that no un-approved expenses are incurred by any department - Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed: Discuss with the Sales Head about the Accounts Receivable and plan the availability of the fund in the company. Plan the Accounts payable of the company based on the receivable estimate given by the Sales Head and funding from shareholders - Maintain relationships with the consultants, Auditor, Lawyers, and Bank executives Legal/Compliance Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Represent the Company before judicial authorities - Contribute to the business- objectives by providing legal and commercial advice to the Management - Implement, commercial, legal and contractual strategies for the business which are consistent with the long-term interests of the company - Highlight risk issues and find the mitigation plan - Take overall responsibility for the effective management and negotiation of contracts. - Convene Board Meetings - Maintain Minutes books - Assist and advise board for good corporate governance - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements - Ensure all the Legal requirements of the company are fulfilled in line with the Corporate, Statutory, Labour laws - Ensure that all the Contracts signed by the Company are reviewed by the Business Head - Ensure that the Important contracts that are signed by the Business Head are reviewed by the Lawyers - Ensure that all the Legal Documents of the company are kept in the safe custody
