Location: New Delhi

Position : Head Finance & Business Operations

Salary -20 to 35 Lacs PA

Primary responsibilities:

- Providing leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

- Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

- Directing and overseeing all aspects of the Finance & Accounting, Taxation & Operations functions of the organization.

- Managing processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the partner

- Providing recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

- Ensuring that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.

- Maintaining relationship with Investors, banks and financial Institutions and an active role of catalyst in funds raising, in most appropriate manner, meeting the needs of the business.

- CA/CFA/MBA

- Experience in Indian private equity or BFSI industry
