Head - Finance - Beauty & Wellness Firm

A leading beauty and wellness products and services company is looking for a head of finance to :

- Oversee overall finance function and the team

- Be in charge of capital raising - debt and equity

- Will report to Group CFO

Expectations from the candidate :

The key expectation is to support the growth strategy for wellness businesses across geographies through required fund raise, better management of internal accruals, finding and implementing new opportunities through acquisitions and reviewing the current structures for unleashing value of the businesses.

Experience :

- 12-15 years, with current position being either No. 1 in finance for a mid-size company with treasury & IR exposure or No. 2 in finance for a large company with treasury & IR exposure.

- Having listed a company previously will be an added advantage.

- Experience in equity / debt fund raising is critical (such experience in other Asian countries will be a plus).

- Industry experience: consumer facing industry experience is a must.

Qualifications:

- CA or MBA finance from a reputed institute.
