Finance Head - Beauty and Personal Care

- Finance Head will be responsible for managing the financial operations of a new cosmetics business. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management to ensure the company's financial health and support its growth objectives.

- The role is based at Mumbai and Reporting to the CEO of the business. Finance Head will work very closely with the CEO to create shareholder value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy, and general management skills necessary to grow the company into a dominant player in its industry.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.

- Driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.

- Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors.

- Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets both offline.

- Retaining constant awareness of the company's financial position and acting to prevent problems.

- Oversee financial planning and analysis, including conducting financial modeling, variance analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.

- Will work closely with the top tier management team dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and selling world-class products.

- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)

- Prepare and manage the company's budget, including forecasting revenues and expenses.

- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system.

- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

- Build and motivate a high-performance team. Value and demonstrate collaboration, initiative, and speed.

Education Qualification & Experience:

- Candidate should have an overall experience of 12-15 years. . In in the FMCG space - Beauty and Personal Care.

- CA , MBA/PGDM From Premier B-Schools

Specifications Required:

- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions.

- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.

- Proven experience as Head of finance or similar role.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
