Head - Finance - Banking

- Candidate should be from Tier 1 College .

- Person would be responsible for 70% Banking & 30% other Financial work.

- Liaising with Multinational banks for Working Capital Loan / Project Loan.

- Required Documentation for Bank Loan.

- Responsible for overseeing the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets.

- Develop financial and tax strategies - Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.

- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies.

- Overall responsibility of Finance, Accounts & Taxation, FP&A function .

- Establish a strong MIS system for management - Handling all statutory compliance.
