Head - Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Finance / Management Accounting : Budgeting, Forecasting, Product costing, Monthly Profitability, MIS, Variance analysis, bringing cost focus to the operating team, Working captial / cash flow management and Capex evaluation.

Financial Accounting : Responsible for financial accounting such as Payables, Receivables, Payroll, Taxation and regional finance support, closure of books of accounts on a timely basis, and Limited review; Responsible for setting the internal control processes/systems to ensure that there is no revenue leakage and to eliminate frauds etc.

Funding - To manage the funding requirements of both short term & long term. Liasioning with bankers / Institutions for getting the best commercials.

Audit & Statutory compliance requirements - To support on completion of both internal and statutory audit of books of accounts; To ensure compliance on Corporate law requirements.

IT : Coordinates with Information Technology Centre and responsible for validating and recommending IT solutions for the organization.
