Head - Finance & Accounts - Textile

Job Description : 

- Business acumen needed

- Experience in Handling IPO will be an added advantage

- Knowledge on working with Investors / Venture Partners must

- Finalization of accounts and preparation of annual report in coordination with Auditors

- Preparation of monthly financial statement and report to management

- Preparation of budget, compare budget with actual and report to management on variance

- Working capital funds management

- Liaison with financial institution

- MIS report on sales, collection, inventory level and financial information

- Familiar with GST rules and regulation, filing of statutory reports etc.,

- Follow up and collection of various export incentive namely Duty draw back, ROSL & MEIS etc., from Government departments

- Direct & Indirect taxation

- Costing & Budgeting

- Monitor inventory level, sales and collection

- Administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable

- Good communication and analytical thinking

- Proficiency in working with ERP system, MS office etc.
