Head - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate/Infrastructure Firm - CA

The requirement is for a leading real estate and infrastructure company based out of Bangalore. The incumbent will be responsible for heading the Accounts and Finance operations of its associated businesses reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

- 08-12 years of Chartered Accountant experience

- Should have head the Accounts/Finance function in any leading firm with good knowledge of day to day Accounting functions.

- Responsible to oversee and manage - Customs, Central Excise, Import-Export, GST, TDS, DGFT, Banking, Statutory, Balance Sheet, Financials, P&L etc.

- Should be well versed with the Indian accounting system, taxation, rules, regulations etc.

- Should have experience in interacting with Government departments for compliance's.

- Coordinate with various stake holders and vendors.

- Provide timely report to Management regarding financial status and reports on a regular basis.
