Head Finance & Accounts is responsible for providing leadership and management of the Divisions Finance function, ensuring the company accounting procedures conforms to the new accounting policies and manages the finance team.

The Incumbent must focus on:

- Operational analysis

- Budget management. prepare project wise budget and variance analysis, month wise, quarter wise, and annual basis

- Providing accurate interpretations of financial data to identify and recommend ways to improve financial performance.

- Responsible for financial reporting systems and controls across all operational projects across India.

- Prepare accurate consolidated financial reports to present findings and recommendations to management team.

- Ensure statutory compliance with indirect taxes (Excise, VAT, Service Tax etc.), and meet statutory reporting requirements. And meet all the officials of these departments and appear in all legal matters.

- Manage the company accounting function including establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives.

- Ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for management team.

- Create, follow and recommend benchmarks for Finance & Accounts function.

- Working capital management, deal with banks to raise funds.

- Direct financial audits, internal audits with in the division and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.

- Work requires professional written / verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management and company leaders.

- Work requires technical software skills and experience. i.e. Internet, Microsoft Office, system conversion experience, and ERP available with the company.

- Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training and retaining a diverse team; the foresight and ability to delegate accordingly.

- Ability to motivate teams to produce accurate output and simultaneously manage several projects.
