Urgent hiring for a reputed Manufacturing Group.

Position : Head Finance & Accounts

Level : GM / AVP,

Qualification : MBA (finance)/ CA

Experience : 18 - 20 years (Preferably in a reputed overseas Manufacturing set up )

Location : Surabaya, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

- Driving the company's financial planning

- Performing risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments

- Control and evaluation of the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure

- Ensuring appropriate cash flow for the organizations operations

- Supervising all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Managing vendor and customer relationships

- Preparing reliable current and forecasting reports

- Guaranteeing the reliability of accounting and tax information by implementing appropriate procedures, checks and performance indicators. Familiarizing him/herself with and monitoring accounting and tax regulations to ensure compliance with the law and company's policies

- Produce various accounting reports and financial statements for the entity within the deadlines set by the management and the various legal bodies.

- Carry out consolidation reporting for the unit quarterly and annual balance sheets, flow reports, net income trends, etc.

- Supervise and check the release of end-of-year local accounts, tax and legal statements, etc.

- Check that the unit 's accounting procedures and principles are correctly applied in close cooperation with the Controlling department.

- Propose and implement all initiatives that aim to improve productivity in the process of providing accounting information at both the financial information system level and the information flow level.

- Manage statutory reporting as per local GAAP and tax requirements

- Manage external auditors, tax adviser and company secretary to ensure timely compliance of local legislation

- Ensure internal controls are implemented and followed

- Drive and Participate in annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecast process

- Able to manage Taxation & Banking related matters as well annual & quarterly statutory audits and maintain communication links with Banks/ Auditors/ Tax Officers.

- Keeping good relationship with Banks for working Capital Loans.

Professional Attributes - 

- In depth knowledge of corporate financial laws and risk management practices

- Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software

- Ability to strategize and solve problems

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Analytical and comfortable with numbers

- Good knowledge of handling working capital facilities
