The group started its journey when it had mainly to do with the manufacturing of flexible plastic packaging products. Since then it has come a long way with a remarkable presence in PET business and has been up the learning curve and has continuously invested in new tools & technology to be up-to-date with the evolving scenario. Their products are - PET PPET Preform for Bottles, PET Preform for Jars, 5 Gallon or 20 Ltr. Preforms/Jars, Pharma Bottles, Single Stage PET Bottles, Double Stage PET Containers, Caps & Closures, PET Stretch Blow Moulding Machine & Rotary Cap Compression Moulding Machine etc.

Looking For A Qualified Chartered Accountant And Company Secretory With 15 Plus Years Of Experience.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Accounting, Banking and Secretarial function and conversant with SAP.

- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.

- Providing strategic financial recommendation to CEO/MD.

- Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group.

- Responsible for fund management, investments, insurance, budgeting and financial reporting.

- Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording and internal-control activities of the organization.

- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.

- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fund raising initiatives.
