Job Title : Head Finance and Accounts

Administrative Reporting : Director & CEO

Functional Reporting : Director - Finance & Accounts

JOB PURPOSE Note : Leading the finance & accounts team with full responsibility for accounting, MIS, Banking, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Treasury, statutory Compliance including RBI compliance's, finalization of Accounts of the Company and Subsidiaries/ group companies. This position also entails supporting the CEO and the Director - F&A in the new initiatives and expansion plans of the Company. The role entails total responsibility for the Finance & Accounts function.

Note :

1. Looking for a candidate from South background/know about south languages

2. Looking only from Manufacturing background currently

3. Need to have experience of handling min 400cr business in current company.

4. Leadership Skills / Good Experience into Team Handling

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION

1. Chartered Accountant with around 15-20 Yrs experience to manage all finance, accounts and taxation function of a mid-sized Manufacturing Company

2. Candidates with Good knowledge of SAP will be given preference

3. Must be a go-getter and should be capable of running the function and responsibility without fear or favor.

4. Good communication skills (Oral & Written) and Interpersonal skills.
