This role is for a small- mid-sized established manufacturing organization. You will be responsible for - Financial planning & budgeting, - Designing and implementing systems & procedures - Preparation of financial statements - Maintaining and scrutinizing statutory books of accounts - Costing & MIS - Liaising with banks & FIIs - Managing working capital & cash flow - Debtors and creditors management - Statutory compliance management. - Overseeing the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financials - Presenting timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, & other MIS reports. - CA with around 10 years' overall experience and exposure to the strategic level, management accounting, taxation, and financial systems development of small to mid-sized companies will be the ideal fit. Strong experience with manufacturing-based organizations is a must.
